This role includes coordinating HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee benefits administration. You will assist in maintaining HR records, respond to employee inquiries, and help ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Additionally, you will support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and performance management processes.QualificationsMinimum age of 18 years old2 years of experience in human resources or administrative support, preferably in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of HR functions and best practicesStrong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to handle confidential information with discretionComfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and tabletsAbility to pass a drug screenProvide essential administrative support to the HR department in various HR functionsAssist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviewsMaintain accurate and organized employee records and files, ensuring compliance with confidentiality policiesCoordinate and schedule employee orientations, onboarding activities, and training sessionsAssist in benefits administration, including benefits enrollment, changes, and addressing employee inquiriesPrepare and distribute HR-related communications and notices to employeesAssist in maintaining and updating HR documentation, including policies, procedures, and employee handbooksRespond promptly to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefitsSupport the performance appraisal process by tracking deadlines, preparing documentation, and assisting in the appraisal processAssist in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and grievance handlingPrepare employment verification letters and other HR-related correspondence as neededCoordinate and organize employee recognition programs and initiativesMaintain HR databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrityAssist in HR compliance efforts by staying informed about labor laws and regulationsSupport HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programsCoordinate employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and documentationAssist in workplace health and safety programs and compliance effortsManage HR-related invoicing and billing processes, including vendor paymentsLike to build long term relationships with your customersAbility to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, to include documentsPhysical activity may include:Position is generally sedentary, sitting for long periods of time, with occasional mobility in an office environmentAbility to lift up to 25 poundsBe able to hear and respond to the spoken voice and to audible alarms generated by an office environmentAbility to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of adaptive technologies or methods as necessaryEffectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic meansTasks may involve repetitive motions of the wrists, hands and or fingers due to continuous typing or writingAirlines are 24/7, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
