Overview of Position:
The Client Support Specialist is responsible for implementing and improving internal processes related to client accounts as well as working with the Portfolio Manager(s) to service the client(s).
Duties may include, but are not limited to: opening new accounts, managing account administration, monitoring account activity, fulfilling client requests, resolving administrative issues, posting equity and bond trades, preparing client reports for meetings and helping prepare for prospective clients.
This client support role is dedicated to ensuring that client activities are completed in a timely and accurate manner. It requires a deep understanding of internal systems and the ability to manage client expectations.

Organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Desire to leverage technology to improve processes and create new workflow efficiencies
Responsibilities
Communicating with all involved parties (custodians, clients, brokers) to resolve account administration issues
Monitoring account transactions daily, identifying and coordinating any resulting action items
Processing changes to account registrations, investment strategy or restrictions in client accounts
Preparing client meeting materials as needed
Preparing prospective client materials as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
2 years’ experience in financial services or a related industry preferred
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Advent software (APX) preferred, but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
