Manual QA Tester
We’re partnering with a global hospitality organization looking for a highly motivated Manual QA Tester to support enterprise-level applications and integrations across a fast-paced technology environment.This role is ideal for someone who is naturally curious, highly resourceful, and confident working independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. We’re looking for someone who asks the right questions, thinks critically, and takes ownership of the testing process.What You’ll Do:• Review business requirements and identify testing scope• Create and execute manual test cases, test plans, and scripts• Validate system integrations and data flow across applications• Perform smoke, regression, functional, and UAT testing• Identify, document, and communicate defects and risks clearly• Partner with developers, business teams, and project managers throughout the SDLC• Support QA process improvements and testing best practices• Troubleshoot issues proactively and escalate appropriatelyWhat We’re Looking For:• 5+ years of hands-on Manual QA testing experience• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC processes• Experience testing APIs, integrations, and messaging systems• Exposure to Kafka or event-driven architecture environments required• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, or similar QA tools preferred• Hospitality industry experience is a plus, but not requiredThis is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognized organization where your work will directly impact large-scale customer and operational platforms.MMD Services Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
