Home Health Aide

Job Description We are seeking a Home Health Aide to become a part of our team! You will provide routine healthcare to patients at the patient's home or in a care facility.Responsibilities:Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilitiesMonitor and report changes in patient health status Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patientsProvide specialized healthcare such as changing bandagesTeach family members ways to care for patientQualifications:Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fieldsPositive and patient demeanorAbility to build rapport with patientsAbility to handle physical workloadExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCompany DescriptionBest Homecare, LLC is a State Licensed Home Health Care Agency in East Tennessee. Our unique levels of care range from Non-Medical Caregivers to Skilled Private Duty Nurses. Services may be requested up to 24 hours per day, 7 days per week in the home. Our Care Coordinators will develop a personalized Home Plan of Care that is patient centered to include individualized needs and acuity level. It is our mission to maintain the safety and well-being of each and every person we serve by maintaining standards we created that exceed far above the required expectations set forth by our State and Federal Guidelines.
