Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures during overnight hours Manage front desk operations, including handling multi-line phone systems and guest inquiries with excellent phone etiquette Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations records Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve issues efficiently, and provide personalized guest relations to enhance satisfaction Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries for management review Support guest services by coordinating late-night requests and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment throughout the night Skills Strong background in hospitality management with experience in hotel operations or front desk services Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems Familiarity with night audit procedures, guest relations, and security protocols Ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly while maintaining a positive attitude Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail in record keeping and reporting This role is ideal for energetic individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive during nighttime hours.
