Micro Electronic Assembler
Role: Associate Microelectronic AssemblerResponsibilities: Perform manual wire bonding and die attach operations on electronic assemblies for defense applications, following work instructions and assembly drawings. Manipulate components using various tools, maintain accurate logs and paperwork, operate and troubleshoot production equipment and computers, and ensure quality standards and safety protocols are met.Qualifications & Skills: 0-1 year of mechanical assembly experience, at least 1 year using a microscope, good hand-eye coordination, ability to follow detailed instructions, problem-solving skills, and positive attitude.Preferred Skills: Microelectronics assembly, recognition of non-conformities, knowledge of FOD/ESD, experience with wire bonders, die attach, PCB population, and epoxy bonding, and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.This role requires compliance with U.S. export regulations, limiting access to eligible individuals.Note: The position emphasizes safety, quality, continuous learning, and supports a diverse, inclusive workplace.
