Project Planning & Control Engineer

Support project planning, scheduling, and control activities across aerospace programsCoordinate with cross-functional teams to track project milestones, deliverables, and timelinesMonitor project performance, risks, and action items to ensure successful executionDevelop and maintain project reports, dashboards, presentations, and planning documentationAssist in resource planning and project prioritization activitiesSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to project management processesCommunicate project status updates to stakeholders and leadership teamsAnalyze project data and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and delivery performanceSupport multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced aerospace environmentsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering 5–8 years of experience within the aerospace industry Experience and/or strong exposure to Project Management methodologies and tools Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Autonomous, results-driven, and enthusiastic professional with strong work ethics Aerospace program coordination experience Experience supporting engineering or aircraft development programs Knowledge of project scheduling and reporting tools Experience working within highly regulated aerospace environmentsPlease note this position falls under ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) compliance requirements.
