Remote Personal Injury Associate Attorney
Note: If local, this position follows a hybrid work schedule, with regular in-office time required at either the Seattle or Tacoma office.

Job Description
Represent plaintiffs in personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and wrongful death cases
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal correspondence
Conduct legal research, case evaluations, and settlement negotiations
Communicate directly with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
Handle court appearances, depositions, and mediations as needed
Collaborate with a team of experienced personal injury attorneys and paralegals
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience handling personal injury cases
Admission to practice law in Washington State (active and in good standing)
Strong writing and communication skills
Litigation experience is a plus but not required
Commitment to client advocacy and a high level of empathy
