Program Manager
Overview
In this role you will oversee a government task order as the single point of contact for government stakeholders, leading a multidisciplinary IT program. You will manage delivery across evaluation, architecture, engineering, operations, and project management, ensuring alignment with mission, schedule, quality, and performance. You drive governance, reporting, and issue resolution while promoting continuous improvement in a large federal IT environment. ResponsibilitiesLead contractor work across evaluation, architecture, engineering, operations, and project management streamsInterface with Contracting Officer, COR, and government program managers; respond to urgent requests quicklyOversee performance tracking, status reporting, risk/issue management, staffing, invoicing, and financial reportingDevelop and maintain the program management framework, schedules, staffing, quality and transition plans, and executive reportingCoordinate multiple technical teams, manage interdependencies, and mitigate schedule risksLead transition-in/transition-out activities and knowledge transfer without disrupting mission servicesApply Agile and Scrum practices while upholding governance and documentation for a large federal programFoster continuous improvement and transparent, measurable service delivery
Key requirementsBachelor’s degree in management, computer science, information systems, or related field, or 15+ years IT program management experience in lieu of degreePMP certificationITIL v4 Foundation certification (or higher; ITIL v5 Foundation required before proposal)Minimum 5 years of IT program management experience across multiple technical teamsMinimum 10 years of experience supporting federal clients in IT/technical environmentsActive Top Secret security clearance with ability to obtain SCI accessexecutive communicationproblem-solvingorganizationAgile and Scrum methodsenterprise IT program managementinfrastructure, network, cloud, cybersecurity, systems engineering, or operations and maintenance
