AI Solutions Specialist

We’re partnering with an organization building an internal AI capability focused on improving how work gets done across the business.They’re looking for an AI Solutions Analyst—someone early in their career who enjoys working with business teams, understanding workflows, and using AI tools to make processes more efficient.This is a great fit for someone with a Business Analyst, Consulting, or Operations background who has started exploring AI tools and wants to apply them in real-world scenarios.What You’ll DoWork directly with internal teams (including leadership) to understand workflows and day-to-day processesIdentify inefficiencies and opportunities where AI can improve how work gets doneDesign and implement practical AI-driven solutions using tools like Copilot, GPT-based platforms, and other modern AI toolsRapidly prototype and iterate based on feedbackHelp teams adopt and use AI solutions in their daily workWhat They’re Looking For0–2 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Consulting, Operations, or similar roleExposure to AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)—professional or personal use is fineStrong problem-solving skills and curiosity about how things workAbility to work with stakeholders and translate needs into solutionsComfortable operating with some ambiguity and figuring things outNice to Have (Not Required)Experience improving workflows or business processesExposure to automation or low-code toolsInternship or project experience involving AI or process improvementWhy This RoleOpportunity to work directly with business leaders on meaningful problemsHands-on experience applying AI in real-world workflowsHigh visibility and impact early in your careerStrong learning environment within a growing AI-focused team
