This role will blend hosting and table service responsibilities to support a fast-paced entertainment destination while making elevated hospitality standards. The team member will welcome guests, manage seating flow, provide food and beverage service and collaborate closely with the kitchen, bar, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and memorable experiences.Dezerland Park Orlando is more than Florida's largest indoor attraction. We're fostering a culture that feels like family supportive, fun, and collaborative, where every team member plays a part in bringing joy to our guests.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesGreet guests and deliver friendly and warm food and beverage servicesManage waitlists and seating flow to maintain balanced sections and efficient table turnsEscort guests to tables, preset menus, and introduce the 007 Kitchen and Bar conceptAnswer guest questions about the restaurant and Dezerland Park attractionsSupport special requests, celebrations, or event needsTake and process cash, card, and digital payments accurately and professionallyAccurately take and enter orders using POS systems and issue receiptsDeliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standardsCheck back consistently to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve concerns proactivelyHandle cash responsibly and balance the cash drawerMaintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, host stand, and dining areasAssist team members during peak periods and high-volume eventsWill assist with events (car shows, banquets, special events) when called uponFollow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all timeAssist with opening and closing dutiesRepresent booth 007 Kitchen & Bar and Dezerland Park Orlando with professionalism at all timesOther Duties:This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive list of all duties or responsibilities.
