A healthcare organization is seeking an OB/GYN physician for an ongoing locums assignment in a supportive critical access hospital setting.Position Highlights:Ongoing assignment (9 12 months)24-hour call schedule (7:00 AM 7:00 AM)6 8 call shifts per monthSole provider while on callTravel and lodging providedPractice Setting:Critical access hospital and clinicInpatient and outpatient coverageClinical Responsibilities:OB/GYN clinic careCall coverage for L&D and EDRoutine and complicated deliveriesC-sections (assist/supervise as needed)OB inductionsEmergent GYN surgeriesFHR interpretation requiredVolume & Case Mix:deliveries per monthMix of low- and high-risk OB20% surgical GYNClinic volume: 18 patients per daySupport & Resources:Collaborative OB team including OB/GYNs, FPBOs, and CNMsL&D RNs and clinic support staffCRNA and OR support availableEMR: EpicRequirements:Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYNActive Washington medical licenseDEA and BLS requiredComfortable with full-scope OB/GYN careAdditional Information:Credentialing timeframe: approximately 3 monthsIf you are interested, please submit your CV and availability for consideration.
