We work closely with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure each build meets the highest standards.Role Description:We are seeking a full-time, on-site Project Manager based in Orlando, FL. This role requires managing multiple active construction projects, primarily within the Bella Collina area.The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily on-site operations, ensuring subcontractors perform their work correctly and in accordance with project specifications, and verifying that all materials are delivered accurately and on schedule.This position involves visiting multiple assigned job sites on designated days, coordinating with teams, and maintaining strict quality and timeline standards. Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.⸻Key Responsibilities • Oversee and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously • Conduct regular on-site visits to assigned projects in the Bella Collina area • Supervise subcontractors to ensure work is completed correctly and meets quality standards • Inspect materials upon delivery to confirm accuracy and condition • Coordinate project timelines, schedules, and workflows • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams • Identify and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays • Ensure all work complies with project plans, specifications, and safety standards⸻Qualifications • Minimum of 3+ years of on-site Project Management experience, preferably in construction • Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish • Strong experience supervising subcontractors and managing job sites • Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality control • Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites (Bella Collina area)
