Be part of a dynamic environment, working closely with a student enrolled in a job transition program near Clementon, NJ. Your day will start bright and early, following a 7:05 am to 2:05 pm schedule, and continue through June 17th, 2026. You'll accompany the student as they report to their morning location and then travel to various community job sites, helping them acquire invaluable life and workplace skills.Qualifications:Current RN license in good standing Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferredSkilled in managing seizure disorders and administering medicationsComfortable providing 1:1 care, including accompanying students offsite in the communityStrong communication abilities for interacting with students, staff, and business partnersPrimary Responsibilities:Provide dedicated 1:1 nursing care to a student participating in an 18-21 job transition programManage a seizure disorder, monitor the student's health status, and respond to medical needsCarry and administer necessary medications as prescribedTravel with the student between the school and multiple community job sitesSupport the student's educational and life skills growth, collaborating with educational and job site staffThis is more than a typical school nurse role-it's an opportunity to partner with a student at a pivotal stage of their development, both academically and professionally.
