Clinical Supervisor

The incumbent of this position is responsible for ensuring quality services are delivered to clients/patients through providing clinical oversight to clients/patients and team members in a program by planning, organizing, staffing, and directing client/patient care on a daily operational basis. Essential Job Functions:Under leadership's guidance, will establish and maintain effective working relationships with other agencies in the communities served. Participate in selection of off-site resources for needed services that are not provided by the program as well as keep other agencies informed about the services offered by the organization. Complete monthly/quarterly record reviews for the program, ensuring that regulatory and accreditation standards are being maintained as well as monitoring compliance with program and agency Quality Improvement Indicators.
