Job Description We are looking to fill an Accounting Manager with a company based in Dallas. This company has plans of going public in 1-2 years and this role is open due to growth. Our client is looking for a candidate that can lead a large portion of the month-end close and financial reporting. This candidate will also assist with the audit process. The ideal candidate will have experience working with inter-company and financial statement consolidations. The company has a high-energy environment and great culture - this is a hybrid role and pays 120K-125K plus a bonus.Job Responsibilities Assist in the management of day-to-day general ledger accounting activities and projectsResponsible for period-end close procedures for assigned balance sheets and income statement accounts for multi-entitiesResponsible for the preparation of monthly financial reporting & analysis packageIdentify opportunities to automate general ledger impacting activities.Prepare workpapers for audits (GAAP) and perform SOX controls when applicableAssist with Ad-Hoc ProjectsJob Requirements Bachelor's or Master Degree in AccountingCPA is a plus5+ year of experience and management experienceAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
