Outpatient Therapist PRN

Position Summary Responsible for assessing and treating mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders. Complete thorough comprehensive assessments for adults and children, as scheduled and/or needed. Development and implementation of recovery-focused service plans, which include measurable objectives stated in appropriate terms. Provide evidence-based brief and solution-focused individual, marital, family, and/or group therapy. Maintain accurate and timely documentation, per agency standards. Effectively communicate with related community service organizations to include presentations to the community, assigned. Respond to crisis situations for current caseload, as needed. Average caseload for full-time outpatient therapist is based on program and statutory requirements. Able to meet standard agency expectations, based on an annualized target.
