About the Role: We are hiring a Client Experience Manager to take ownership of the customer relationship after the sale. This is a professional, career-focused position — not an entry-level role. Your mission is to make sure clients feel well cared for, understand what to expect, and know what we need from them so their coverage stays on track. You’ll assist clients with billing questions, policy changes, claims communication, and renewal coordination. You will also schedule review conversations to address gaps in life, health, and retirement planning. This role blends service, communication, and follow-through. It requires warmth, professionalism, and the ability to keep things moving without letting details fall through the cracks. What You’ll Do: Help clients with billing questions and policy updates Guide clients through claims expectations and timelines Schedule and coordinate annual review appointments Keep clients informed when carriers are slow to respond Document interactions and follow through on commitments Request paperwork or next steps from clients when required Handle inbound phone, email, and walk-in communication Protect renewals and maintain long-term customer relationships You’ll Be a Great Fit If You: enjoy helping people and building relationships can stay cheerful and steady when clients are stressed or overwhelmed like solving problems and keeping things organized are comfortable setting expectations and saying “here’s what we need next” can deliver unwelcome news without losing the relationship enjoy making sure things actually get done communicate professionally with adults prefer a relationship-focused role over constant selling Experience Level: Professional office experience required.
