We run clean, compliant, and efficient shops and take pride in employee satisfaction.ScheduleMonday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.No rotating shiftsPaid holidays, no waiting periodBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off, start earning day 1Work EnvironmentReynoldsburg, OHPrimary work environment is an indoor service and maintenance shop, with occasional interaction in the shop area as neededFast paced Service Center supporting emergency vehiclesKey Job DutiesOversee administrative functions including answering phones, greeting customers, distributing mail, ordering office supplies, and processing credit card paymentsUpdate and complete required reports including Salesforce, CDL tracking, company credit card reconciliation, and reimbursement submissionsProcess payroll for the assigned location by correcting errors associated with CDK technician time reportsCreate repair orders with appropriate task lines of repairCreate parts quotes and estimates for needed repairsIdentify and research requested parts and create purchase orders to obtain required componentsReceive stock, pick, ship, and return items while overseeing the Service Center’s overall inventoryProcess all parts invoices and credits within CDK and forward pre-invoiced items weekly to Accounting for paymentPerform cycle counts of inventory in accordance with company policies and proceduresPre-invoice internal and external customer work orders within CDK to ensure accuracyMaintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe parts roomRequirementsWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in an administrative, service, or parts role, preferably in a dealership or heavy duty environmentStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExperience with CDK or similar service management systems preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting systemsValid driver’s license with an acceptable driving recordAbility to pass pre-employment screeningWho Does Well HereDetail oriented professionals who take pride in accuracyTeam players who communicate clearly and support the shopPeople who thrive in a structured, process driven environmentIndividuals who like variety and staying busy throughout the dayWork Environment And Physical DemandsThis role includes sitting, standing, walking, and occasional lifting of parts or office supplies.The position involves exposure to typical shop conditions such as noise, odors, grease, and occasional outdoor weather when interacting in the service area.Are you looking for steady hours, meaningful work, and a team that relies on you to keep everything organized and moving?
