Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role located in the Nashville Metropolitan Area. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process, understanding their needs, and providing tailored recommendations. Additional responsibilities include building lasting customer relationships, achieving sales targets, staying informed about product inventory, and assisting with financing options where applicable. You will collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and exceptional sales experience. Qualifications Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to develop effective relationshipsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customersAbility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasksCustomer service expertise with a strong focus on customer satisfactionBasic understanding of vehicle features, sales processes, and financing optionsProficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in sales or automotive-related fields are advantageousA valid driver’s license with a clean driving recordMotivation to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
