Corporate Events Business Development Representative
Position OverviewFremont Clubhouse is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate corporate event opportunities and build a strong weekday event pipeline.This role is responsible for outbound prospecting and lead generation, identifying and qualifying corporate clients for events. Once a prospect is ready to move forward, the BDR will hand off the lead to our Events Manager, who will finalize details and convert the opportunity into a booked event.Ideal CandidateExperience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound sales preferredComfortable with cold outreach and starting conversations from scratchStrong communication and relationship-building skillsHighly self-motivated and results-drivenOrganized and able to track and manage multiple prospectsThrives in a performance-based environmentExperience in hospitality, events, or corporate sales is a plus
