What You Bring5+ years of software development experience3+ years focused on AI / machine learning / advanced analyticsStrong experience building and deploying ML models in production environmentsProficiency with:PythonTensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learnSQL (complex queries & data prep)Experience working with large datasets and developing predictive modelsExperience integrating AI solutions into enterprise systems or APIsHands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Strong problem-solving and collaboration skillsâ Nice to HaveExperience mentoring or leading technical effortsBackground integrating with ERP or operational systemsExposure to manufacturing, construction, or field-based industriesđ° CompensationBase Salary: $120K â $140KBonus: Performance-based bonus includedđŻ Why This Role?This is a high-visibility, impact-driven opportunity to build AI solutions that directly improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
