Mandatory Skill: Spring BatchEmployment Type: FTEJob DescriptionCandidate should be a hands-on Java Lead person with an overall 10+ years of IT experience. Should be doing hands-on coding in the current projects. Should have experience of 7 years and hands-on experience in Java, Microservices, Spring boot, Spring batch, and Kafka. Should have hands-on working experience in Agile Methodologies. Should have a strong and hardcore backend project development experience and API, mostly experience in using Java, Spring boot, and any messaging tool. Most important: Team lead experience – experience in managing onshore/offshore and nearshore models from the US location (at least 2 years). Must be legally authorized to work in the US without need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future. Good communication.
