A contract Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) opportunity is available in a school setting located in Reading, PA. This role involves providing one-on-one nursing support to a student requiring suctioning and tube feeding. The position does not require bus transportation, as the nurse will provide in-classroom support and act as additional coverage within the school building when needed.Key Responsibilities:Provide direct nursing care for a student with medical needs including suctioning and tube feeding.Offer one-on-one support in the classroom environment.Serve as a backup resource to cover the school building when the primary nurse or student is absent.Collaborate with school staff to ensure the student's health and safety requirements are met throughout the school day.Qualifications:Valid LPN license and current certification.Experience working in school nursing or pediatric clinical settings preferred.Skilled in suctioning and managing tube feeding protocols.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative educational environment.Strong communication and organizational skills.Location:Reading, Pennsylvania
