Audit StaffPosition OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Audit Staff member to join our dynamic team. The primary objective of this role is to support audit engagements for various clients, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards while delivering high-quality audit services. You will contribute to the evaluation of financial statements and help in the efficient execution of audit programs.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and executing audit engagements for a range of clientsConduct fieldwork and gather audit evidence to evaluate financial statementsPrepare and review working papers and documentation to ensure accuracy and complianceCollaborate with the Audit Manager and Senior Staff on client engagementsParticipate in the review and compilation of financial statements and tax returnsMentor and supervise junior staff during audit assignmentsContribute to special projects as requiredEnsure adherence to quality assurance standards and efficiency goals during auditsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or related fieldCPA certification preferred or in progress1-3 years of experience in public accounting, preferably with audit exposureExperience auditing large manufacturers is a plusStrong understanding of audit programs and time budgetsAbility to work effectively in a team and mentor junior staffExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with strong analytical skills
