Laboratory Supervisor
Pride Health is hiring for a permanent Regional Laboratory Supervisor to lead and support daily operations of a laboratory in Edina, MN 55435. This is a direct hire, full-time opportunity offering excellent benefits, a stable schedule, and the chance to work with one of the state's leading healthcare systems.Job SummaryThe Regional Laboratory Supervisor provides multi-site leadership, technical oversight, and operational management across laboratory locations in the South Metro region. This role ensures standardized laboratory practices, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and optimal staffing across all sites.Key Responsibilities:Regional Operations & OversightProvide operational leadership across multiple laboratory sites (Edina, Burnsville, Chaska)Standardize workflows, policies, and best practices across locationsTravel extensively to ensure on-site support and consistency (~80%)Maintain proficiency in LIS, PMS, EHR, RALS, and laboratory systemsLaboratory Operations & SupervisionQuality Assurance & ComplianceEnsure compliance with CLIA, COLA, OSHA , and applicable regulatory standardsMaintain documentation aligned with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)Policies, SOPs & DocumentationInstrumentation & ValidationStaff Leadership & DevelopmentStaffing, Scheduling & PayrollProcess Improvement & CollaborationSafety & Compliance CultureMinimum Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's degree in medical technology or medical laboratory scienceCertification:ASCP (or equivalent) – RequiredExperience:Minimum 5 years of high-complexity laboratory experience1+ year of supervisory or leadership experienceExperience managing multi-site laboratory operationsAdditional Information:Location: Edina, MN 55435Job Type: Permanent / Direct HireShift: TBDPay Range: Starting at $80,000/year (Open for negotiation)Interested?
