As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for people management of 10+ sales representatives and ensuring profitability for the Angi sales team.What You’ll DoManaging and providing leadership to an inside sales team focusing on individual sales and productivity as well as meeting and being accountable for established weekly, monthly, and quarterly goalsMonitoring proper headcount to meet forecasted goals; Master recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processManaging sales activities through CRM and resolving daily sales issues related to processing contractsMonitoring calls and providing written and verbal coaching and mentoring on a daily/weekly basis; Identify and manage strengths and opportunity areas for sales representativesPlan and execute daily huddles and weekly team meetings, including facilitating team contestsCollecting data, analyzing information, and providing feedback to sales representatives to increase performance, skills, and overall productivityEffectively communicating and modeling sales tactics, strategies, and closing skillsMonitoring employee timesheets and ensure daily completion, including tracking and approving time-off requests; Handling multiple tasks in fast-paced environmentCommunicating professionally with all levels of management on a regular basis and complying with all company policies, procedures, and practices while leading with a high-level of integrity and holding the team accountableTo Join Our Team, You’ll Need2+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, including as a sales manager or sales trainer2+ years of people management experience Experience with managing remotely, preferredA proven track record of consistent success as an individual contributor in a sales roleBachelors degree preferredProficiency with Google SuiteProficiency with CRMsAbility to handle confidential informationEffective prioritization and time management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong initiative to strive for continuous accuracy, quality, and timeliness of informationAbility to build and maintain effective relationships through strong interpersonal skills with emphasis on relationship-building and consistent demonstration of solid professional judgmentAbility to stand and sit for periods of time and to move intermittently throughout the workdayAbility to interact with others, both in person and through phone, e-mail, and written correspondenceAbility to perform focused work with close attention to detailCompensation & Benefits$75,000 to $165,000$75,000 salary + performance-based commission paid in 4-week measurement periodsOn-target earning $165,000, however commission is uncappedGenerous PTO including sick, personal, vacation, and volunteer timeEmployer paid medical coverage with a company contribution to an HSA fundDental & vision coverage, pet discount plans & retirement plan with company match (401K)Technical equipment providedWhere You’ll WorkThis is a remote position and we are seeking candidates who permanently reside in any of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington D.C., Wisconsin, Wyoming.
