Aircrew Training Coordinator

Job Description The Aircrew Training Coordinator will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and communication of aircrew training. This role requires working closely with pilots, as well as all departments in the GCC.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESSchedule line checks, annual line training, OE, UOE and remedial training events with company Instructor and Check pilots.Track crewmember currency and ensure all training events are completed on time.Coordinates crewmember scheduling shifts and training assignments with Crew Scheduling.Ensures the training spreadsheet is kept up to date.Assists with crewmember training assignments and placement of training events during the aircrew scheduling bid process.Communicates crewmember training activities to the crewmembers, and GCC.Delivers monthly documentation to the Chief Pilot, crewmembers and ground instructors to ensure all facets of the training events are scheduled and documented.Schedules and communicates training needs, events and logistics for the operating partners.Assists the Aircrew Records Specialist with filing and organizing records when directed by the Chief Pilot.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience are preferred.Part 135 aviation knowledge and experience is a plusREQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSMust possess the legal ability to work in the United StatesFamiliarity with core job competencies including, but not limited to, FARs, SOPs, and other resource documents.Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentStrong communication (verbal and written) skills with the ability to self-motivate, handle multiple tasks, meet established targetsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)Must be results oriented and able to obtain a high level of familiarity quicklyStrong personal and work ethics along with a high level of integrityMust have the ability to work quickly, calmly, and under pressure.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSPhysical demands may require a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (i.e., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) along with various office equipmentPhysical demands may include walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stoopingMay require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, or pulling up to 25 pounds
