DescriptionTravel Requirement: Up to 25%Security Clearance: SecretSherpa 6, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Systems Integrator for the U.S. Army Nett Warrior program. As a Systems Integrator, this person will be responsible for working closely with the PdM Ground Soldier Systems (PdM GSS) program office. Overall responsible for supporting the assistant product manager of the Nett Warrior Future Initiatives line of effort at PdM GSS.ResponsibilitiesManage and attend meetings with vendors and 3rd party program officesCompile meeting notes and distribution of content to internal and external stakeholdersSupport program office fielding synch and integrationSupport the program with acquisition managementRemain abreast of military, government and commercial technologies related to C4ISR that can support Nett WarriorAid integrating new equipment with current equipment for demonstrations and testingAid with new equipment specifications and standards between vendors and program officeConduct new equipment training on assigned products and supply context for equipment uses and capabilitiesTrain and integrate ATAK, WinTAK, TAK Server and CIVTAKAble to configure wideband and narrow band handheld radiosIdentify discrepancies, anomalies and defects in products provided to Nett Warrior for evaluationRequirementsBachelors of Science (B.S) in engineering or IT related field2+ years proven experience working in a similar capacityStrong experience with network architectures and network hardware configurationsExperience administrating Linux and other server systemsMilitary experience or knowledge of standard tactics, techniques, and proceduresSolid experience problem solving system and network design issuesAbility to communicate issues and solutions to various stakeholdersExcellent writing communication and reporting skillsFamiliar with RDT&E across different Government OrganizationsFamiliar with Government procurement processes.Must be a US citizenMust pass a background check and drug screeningPreferred ExperienceUnderstand tactical communicationsFlexible and able to adapt in ever changing conditionAbility to configure basic router and switchAbility to bridge despaired networksExperience with certificate managementUnderstand current industry standards audio and video standardsHas Tactical Radio experience, specifically PRC-148C, PRC163C, MPU-5, 4200/4400, 400/600/850/950, and 117G/152AKnowledgeable of Military and Commercial Satellite systemsKnowledgeable of Commercial and Tactical CellularAbout Sherpa 6At Sherpa 6 we love to solve problems and provide the best solutions for our customers. Salary negotiations will be based on a host of factors including but not limited to your geographic location, prior experience, relevant skills, education, and certifications.Salary Description$100,000 -$110,000
