Practical Nursing Instructor

CiTi BOCES is seeking a full-time Practical Nursing instructor for the Adult Education department. The Practical Nursing Instructor will: Deliver theory instruction aligned with course outcomes; develop and maintain instructional materials Assess student learning and provide timely, constructive feedback Maintain accurate records Support a safe, positive and professional learning environment Collaborate with faculty via meetings, trainings, curriculum development sessions and contributing instructional recommendations and feedback Participate in student advisement and academic support, offering guidance that promotes student success, program readiness and professionalism Deliver Lab and Clinical instruction, including pre- and post- clinical discussions, as scheduled Fulfill additional program needs as assigned, including providing classroom, lab or clinical coverage as appropriate Timeframe: January through December, annually. Compensation: Health benefits available Same holiday break schedule as CiTi's K-12 school calendar 8 Fridays off between July and August, annually Candidates enrolled in MSN Compensation for MSN credit hours per CBA and approval Job Qualifications Minimum 3 years as RN RN with Nursing Education MSN or RN with Bachelor's Degree, pursuing Nursing Education MSN.
