Residential Service Technician

Description:Bluedrop solves water quality issues for Residential and Commercial clients with the design and installation of water purification equipment. We are seeking a Residential Service Technician to join our growing service team! Our ideal candidate is personable, service-oriented and has great communication skills. We also offer continuing education, excellent working conditions, a supportive work environment and a take-home vehicle (Mercedes Metris van) Responsibilities Perform operational checks and routine filter changes on all systems Troubleshooting various types of equipment Assisting in maintaining vehicle and warehouse inventory Completing assigned service routes in an efficient manner Interfacing with customers regularly during site visits and service calls Maintain a clean and orderly van Comply with company vehicle maintenance policy and procedures Ability to prepare accurate and complete paperwork Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently Installing and testing products, equipment, and machinery and providing instructions to customers on the proper usage of their product Training will be provided for specific applications, equipment, water testing and other aspects of this job Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned Qualifications Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted Excellent problem-solving skills Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Water filtration or plumbing experience preferred, but not required Requirements:Pass pre-employment background check Valid drivers license with record in good standing Ability to lift up to (60) lbs. 3+ years of related work experience Benefits Competitive Salary Health, Dental and Vision Benefits 401(K) Matching Employee Discount Paid Time Off Why Join Bluedrop Water?
