Insurance Project Administrator

As our Accounting Manager, you’ll play a critical role in leading the accounting team, overseeing financial operations across multiple entities, and driving process improvements to support our continued growth. We don’t require restoration industry experience—we’re looking for someone with a strong accounting foundation, a process-driven mindset, and a passion for leading people and improving systems. Collaborate with Project Support Managers to support rebuild operations Communicate project details and updates to internal team members and external partners Create, maintain, and update project documentation and notes Ensure timely and accurate data entry and project tracking Follow up on open tasks and maintain accountability systems Work full-time in-office, actively engaging in Entrusted’s unique, people-first culture Learn and grow in preparation for future development opportunities within the company Other duties as assigned What does winning look like?
