Construction Project Executive – Life Sciences / Advanced ManufacturingLocation: US-GA-Atlanta | US-TX-Dallas | US-AZ-Phoenix | US-GA-Atlanta | US-NC-Charlotte | US-KY-LexingtonWe’re seeking a seasoned Project Executive to lead large, complex design-build projects across life sciences, advanced manufacturing, and industrial sectors. This role carries full accountability for project performance, from early pursuit through execution and delivery. You’ll serve as the senior leader and primary client contact, driving financial results, aligning teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget.You will oversee one $200M+ project or multiple high-complexity builds, integrating design, engineering, procurement, and field operations under a clear execution strategy. This includes managing risk, optimizing schedules, improving margins, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.Requirements:10+ years of construction leadership experience on large, complex projectsProven P&L responsibility across multiple projects with margin growthExperience leading design-build and hard bid projects end-to-endStrong knowledge of delivery methods including lump sum, GMP, cost-plus, and CMSolid understanding of engineering disciplines, design coordination, and construction executionExperience managing equipment procurement and installation scopes within projectsAbility to develop schedules, cost estimates, and execution strategiesDemonstrated success mentoring project managers and building high-performing teamsStrong client-facing presence with the ability to build long-term relationshipsSkilled in identifying risk, driving solutions, and maintaining project momentumThis is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in complex environments, drives accountability, and consistently delivers results.
