Previous construction industry experience is preferred but not required.  Computer Skills: Accurate typing skills and proficient with computer, specifically Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), plus Outlook, Windows, and Internet. Must be able to quickly learn new software.  Good communication skills, both verbal and written.Must be highly organized, detail oriented, and able to work independently.Must be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal background check and drug screen.Must be able to satisfactorily pass a motor vehicle record check.  Must be able to meet P1 qualifications to operate a vehicle on company business.
