IT Support & Infrastructure Analyst

Our client is looking for an IT SUPPORT & INFRASTRUCTURE ANALYST located in Miami, FL SUMMARY Our client is seeking a hands on IT Support & Infrastructure Analyst to join their growing team. This role is a blend of end user support and infrastructure responsibilities, supporting a multi site environment. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, technically versatile, and comfortable working in a fast paced, operationally driven environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end users across multiple locations Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner Support and maintain IT infrastructure, including cloud based environments Assist with user onboarding, device setup, and system access Monitor and maintain system performance across AWS and Azure environments Support ERP system Dynamics 365 F&O from an end user and access standpoint Assist with network troubleshooting including Ubiquiti access points and connectivity Participate in on call support rotation to support extended operational hours from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM Collaborate directly with the IT Manager on ongoing initiatives and improvements ENVIRONMENT & TEAM STRUCTURE Small IT team with direct reporting to the IT Manager Support across three locations including headquarters and two operational facilities EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 2 plus years of experience in IT support and or infrastructure roles Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred Experience supporting Windows environments Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS and or Azure Familiarity with ERP systems preferably Dynamics 365 F&O Basic networking knowledge including wireless access points and connectivity troubleshooting Strong communication skills with the ability to support a diverse user base Ability to work fully onsite If you are a high performer and would like to work for an equally high performing company and you think the above opportunity is appropriate for you, we invite you to apply to this job and email your resume to aparish@venteon.com.
