Phlebotomist II (Float)Pride Health is hiring Phlebotomist II (Float) to support our client's team in Liverpool, NY. This is a full-time, 13-week contract.Job Summary:This is a contract role with strong potential for full-time conversion. You'll rotate between multiple PSCs, including Baldwinsville, Camillus, Cazenovia, Cicero, East Syracuse, Fayetteville, Liverpool, Pulaski, Syracuse & Watertown. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in venipuncture, especially with difficult draws, and comfortable working independently in a patient-focused environment.Key Responsibilities:Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, geriatric, forensic, and clinical collectionsHandle difficult (hard stick) and geriatric patient draws with confidenceAccurately process and prepare specimens for laboratory testingMaintain patient safety, comfort, and confidentialityEnsure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standardsManage workload independently in a solo work settingQualifications:Minimum 1+ year of phlebotomy experienceHigh School Diploma or GED requiredReliable vehicle & Valid driver's licenseAdditional Information:Location: Liverpool, NYJob Type: 13-week contractPay Range: $17 - $22 hourlyShifts: MonFri: Between 7 AM 5 PM (varied shifts)Rotating Sat: 8 AM 12 PMOffered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
