Our team brings experience from companies like Bain, ZoomInfo, Shutterstock, Compass, Forter, Airbnb, and more.We’re looking for a Data Operations Partner to help power the accuracy, quality, and scalability of the data that drives our platform.This role sits at the intersection of data, operations, and product, and is critical to ensuring our datasets — from event information to attendee and company-level insights — are clean, reliable, and actionable. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Customer Success, helping to maintain and improve the data foundation that underpins Vendelux.This position will be a full-time role based in our NYC headquarters, with an expectation of working in the office four days per week.What You’ll DoOwn day-to-day data operations workflows, including data ingestion, validation, and quality assuranceReview and clean large datasets related to events, attendees, and companiesIdentify data inconsistencies and implement processes to improve accuracy and completenessPartner with Engineering and Product to improve data pipelines and toolingSupport onboarding of new event organizer data partnerships, ensuring data is properly structured and integratedBuild and maintain internal documentation and data standardsHelp create scalable processes as we grow our data ecosystemAssist with ad hoc data requests from internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success)What We’re Looking For3 – 6+ years of experience in data operations, business operations, analytics, or a related fieldStrong attention to detail and a high bar for data accuracyComfortable working with large datasets (SQL required, data warehouse and BI tools experience is a plus)Process-oriented mindset with a desire to improve systems and workflowsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work in ambiguityExcellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyInterest in startups and building in a fast-paced environmentNice to HaveExperience working with data pipelines, CRM systems, or analytics toolsFamiliarity with B2B SaaS or marketplace businessesExposure to event, marketing, or partnership dataBenefitsCompetitive base salary and bonusHealthcare covering medical, dental and visionWork from our NYC HQUnlimited PTO plus two company-wide shutdowns during the July 4th week and the Christmas – New Years weekCome build a great company with us!Not all candidates will check all of the requirements listed above and that’s ok!
