Sales Strategy Lead

A company is looking for a Sales Strategy Lead to drive strategic planning and optimize sales operations in a SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct data analysis and develop dashboards to monitor sales performance and operational metrics Support territory design and sales compensation planning aligned with strategic initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategic priorities and optimize CRM tools Required Qualifications, Training, and Education 5 years of experience in a sales or revenue operations role 3 years of hands-on experience with data analytics and reporting Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field Strong knowledge of CRM tools, preferably HubSpot
