As Executive Chef, you will lead all culinary operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, innovative menu execution, and consistency across all dining experiences. You will oversee kitchen operations, maintain food safety standards, manage costs, and develop a high-performing culinary team while delivering memorable guest experiencesKey Responsibilities:Lead and inspire culinary teams to deliver outstanding guest experiencesEnsure strict compliance with federal, state, local, and company food safety and sanitation standardsMaintain recipes and ensure consistent execution of company standardsManage food and labor costs to achieve operational goalsForecast sales and develop pars, prep lists, and production schedulesTrain, mentor, and equip team members with the tools and information needed for successCollaborate with operations leadership to ensure seamless event executionQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience preferredAt least 5 years of executive management leadership experience in fast-paced, high-volume culinary environmentsAdvanced knowledge of food preparation, production, and presentationExperience managing food cost, labor cost, and inventory controlsProficiency with kitchen management systems and Microsoft Office toolsExcellent leadership and communication skills; able to connect with diverse teams and stakeholders across all levelsStrong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and large-scale kitchen operationsWe will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with a criminal history (including relevant driving history), in a manner consistent with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the City of Los Angeles' Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, and the New York Fair Chance Act.
