Content Creation (Primary Focus) Capture high-quality photos and videos at:Job sites Fabrication shop Slab yard Document:Before & after projects Installs Materials Behind-the-scenes work Organize and maintain a structured content library Social Media Execution Create and post content on:Instagram Facebook LinkedIn Instagram Edit short-form video (Reels, Stories, project highlights) Maintain a consistent posting schedule-3 times a week Ensure content aligns with brand tone and quality standards Brand & Team Collaboration Work directly with ownership to understand:Company differentiators Key services Target customers (homeowners, builders, designers) Coordinate with the shop and install teams to capture projects at the right moments Assist in gathering content that will later support website and SEO efforts What Success Looks LikeConsistent, professional social media presence Strong library of real project content Improved engagement from local builders, designers, and homeowners Content that sales can use in conversations and follow-ups Qualifications1-4 years experience in content creation or social media Strong photo and video skills (iPhone and camera) Basic video editing experience (CapCut, Adobe, etc.) Comfortable on construction/job sites Organized, reliable, and self-motivated Local to Buffalo area Experience in construction, trades, real estate, or design is a plus but not required.
