This fully in-person role is designed to complement an existing daytime EPA. It is full-time with a primary schedule centered on evenings and weekends, with flexibility during the week.You will work in close coordination with the executive's broader administrative and household team, including your partner EPA, security personnel, and family office staff, to ensure every aspect of the executive's professional and personal life runs without friction. You will split your time between the executive's private home office on the Peninsula and the company's corporate offices a bit further north (still Peninsula).Compensation is at the top of the market for senior EPA roles, alongside a comprehensive benefits package and perks commensurate with the level of the principal and the demands of the role.RESPSONSIBILITIES:Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and email communication in alignment with the primary EPA and broader teamOversee evening and weekend travel logistics, including coordination with security and external agentsServe as the connection between the business and the family officeCoordinate vendors, service providers, and officials with professionalism and discretionPlan and manage events, including day-of executionHandle sensitive correspondence with exceptional written precisionREQUIREMENTS:7-10 years of experience supporting C-suite or UHNW principals, both executive assistant and personal assistant functionsDemonstrated ability to work within a team-based administrative modelBachelor's degree requiredOutstanding written communication skills, polished under pressureUnwavering discretion and professional judgmentComfortable with an evening and weekend primary schedule, with weekday flexibility as needed
