Do you have what it takes to take the next step?Job description:Update and maintain technology knowledgebase with customer facing and internal troubleshooting documentationPerform remote and on-site troubleshooting through efficient troubleshooting methodologyTest and deploy hardware and software solutions as part of new deployments, break-fix issues and move-add-changeManage end-user technology projects, such as migrations, deployments and introduce new technology solutionsRequirementsInterpersonal and customer facing skillsProven experience as a Senior Desktop Support/ IT TechnicianTrouble shooting complex technical problems • Proven excellence in customer service, interpersonal and customer-facing skillsTroubleshooting with all different types issuesExperience with VDI, Microsoft, windows 10, virtual desktops, imaging workstations, deploying and troubleshooting break/fix hardware and peripherals
