Develop your skills, contribute to meaningful change, and propel your career in an environment that values growth and learning.As a Product Delivery Associate in Access Management under the Corporate Technology Office, you enable the release of products and features by overcoming obstacles. As an emerging member of the team, you work across the organization and enable the product to continuously deliver value, while gaining skills and experience to grow within your role.Job responsibilitiesSupports delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficienciesContributes to change management activities across functional partners and documents adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirementsDocuments blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availabilityCollaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelinesWrites the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product developmentWorks with technical and non-technical stakeholders and the team to specify epics and stories with sufficient discussion and acceptance criteria to ensure successful deliveryOrganizes work estimates at various levels of granularity to set delivery expectations appropriately and allow informed prioritizationUpdates stakeholders with timely progress reports, highlighting successes and delivery risks (and mitigation strategies identified)Provides support for incident escalation directing resource and effort as requiredAssists in process improvement through constant review both internally and with partner departmentRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain areaDemonstrated experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain areaExposure to operational management and change readiness workstreamsDeveloping knowledge of data analytics and data literacyExperience producing product artifacts, including use cases, product requirements, user journeys, high-level wire frames, etc.Excellent verbal and written skills are critical, to include translating technical and complex concepts/solutions into business friendly proposalsProven experience with Agile development methodologiesGeneral knowledge of financial services concepts and productsSolid interpersonal skills to manage relationships with a variety of partners and stakeholdersPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsEmerging knowledge of product release and deployment processesExpertise in Identity & Access Management and/or Technology Risk ManagementResults oriented; ready to challenge the status quo for continuous improvementStrong analytical skills and attention to detailStrategic thinking, and ability to draw lateral connections between subject areasAbout UsJPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
