Case Manager - Vietnamese REQUIRED

As a Case Manager at Crim & Villalpando, you will be the primary person responsible for managing cases, with the support of a Supervising Attorney. Our case managers typically handle caseloads ranging from 130 to 150 cases, overseeing each case from the treatment phase through to the demand phase.This role also involves face-to-face interactions with clients, where client and customer satisfaction are paramount. A polished and professional appearance is essential to ensure that you represent our firm effectively and uphold our commitment to exceptional service.The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player who is adept at delegating tasks. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.Job Duties:Client Communication: Ensure reliable and consistent updates are provided on each file. Establish trust and connections with clients, following up with them routinely and maintaining high levels of client support. Be able to explain the entire pre-litigation case process in detail, addressing client questions and concerns effectively.Coordination with Insurance: Communicate with adjusters and various insurance company staff to obtain necessary information and decisions.Client Compliance: Ensure clients comply with treatment protocols, follow up in a timely manner, and manage LOP (Letter of Protection) approvals as required.Decision Making: Make informed decisions on next steps for each file, coordinating with your Sr Case Manager or Supervising Attorney as necessary.Medical and Insurance Knowledge: Understand the pre-litigation treatment process, including reviewing medical records and bills to verify their completeness and accuracy. Recognize and manage medical and health insurance liens, sending out notices as needed and explaining them to clients.File Management: Ensure every file is meticulously organized, clean, and includes a task set for follow-up purposes.Additional Duties: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
