During the internship the goal is to build upon your educational knowledge and develop the skills and experience needed to be successful in all aspects of ADBs Wireless team processes. The ideal candidate will have a GPA of 2.5 or higher with a strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude to achieve results.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist the Project Manager with requesting job numbers, generating POs for vendors, and ordering materials when neededCreate project green job folders, printing CDs, RFDS, Port Matrix, JSAs, and safety paperworkAssist weekly with multiple project updates, market asset review, and asset location codingAccept and coordinate deliveries and shipping requests as neededParticipate in subcontractor and vendor calls as needed to support the duration of the projectAssist in the completion of project closeouts and provide to customers once completedPerform other position duties when requestedSUCCESS FACTORS:A strong belief in ZERO- Being Safe 100% of the time is the expectationAlignment with company mission, vision, and valuesA high level of customer centricityStrong work ethic with an ALL-IN attitudeStrong team player with the ability to adapt to diverse team membersAbility to perform in a fast paced/high volume environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsA high level of time management, accountability, and prioritization skillsAbility to be organized, problem solve, and be solution orientedSelf-motivated, goal- oriented, and driven to accomplish department goalsLeadership skills- ability to lead and motivate a team to meet project goalsBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)WORK ENVIRONMENT:This position will report to ADB Wireless 107 Diversified Drive Villa Ridge MO 63089. Corporate headquarters is located at: 18777 US Highway 66 Pacific, MO 63069Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions like sitting, squatting, standing, walking, climbing, etc.May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels while onsiteWhen working on site, will be required to wear common protective of safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, and steel toed boots.EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:Actively enrolled in College Courses2.5 or higher GPA requiredHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredThis position pays $16.00 an hour.ADB Companies, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
