This role ensures consistent workflows, high-quality data systems, and scalable processes that support the delivery of precision agronomy services. The person will also lead Retail Precision Agronomy Managers and work cross-functionally with Agronomy, Sales, IT, Data, and Operations to align systems, tools, and field execution. This role emphasizes operational consistency, platform governance, and service scalability while supporting the adoption and continuous improvement of precision solutions.
