Media Trafficking SpecialistOverviewA nationally recognized organization is seeking a Media Trafficking Specialist to support the execution and launch of television media campaigns. This role is responsible for coordinating creative asset trafficking, ensuring launch accuracy, and supporting operational readiness across media campaigns.The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where precision and communication are critical. This position works closely with internal marketing, creative, analytics, and media teams, as well as external vendors, to ensure campaigns launch accurately and on schedule.This is an onsite opportunity based in Memphis, TN.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the setup, trafficking, and launch of creative assets across television media campaignsManage creative delivery through third-party trafficking and asset management platformsEnsure proper implementation of creative versions, language designations, tracking elements, and destination URLsConduct detailed quality assurance reviews prior to campaign launch, including validation of creative assets, flight dates, placements, and tracking accuracyMaintain trafficking documentation, launch trackers, asset mapping files, and campaign recordsIdentify and resolve discrepancies that could impact campaign timing, delivery, or reporting accuracyPartner cross-functionally with Creative, Media Planning, Analytics, Production, Ad Operations, and external vendors to support campaign readinessCommunicate launch status updates, risks, and operational needs in a clear and timely mannerMonitor campaign launches to confirm assets are live and functioning properlySupport post-launch troubleshooting, corrections, and reconciliation activities when neededRequired Skills2+ years of experience in media trafficking, ad operations, campaign coordination, or related digital/media operations rolesExperience supporting media or advertising campaign execution in a deadline-driven environmentStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces simultaneouslyExperience working with third-party trafficking or creative distribution platformsExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively across multiple internal teams and external partnersComfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and tight timelinesPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting television or broadcast media campaignsFamiliarity with campaign tracking, asset management workflows, and media QA processesBilingual or multilingual campaign support experience is a plusPrevious experience working with media agencies, advertising operations, or performance marketing teams preferredHow to ApplyQualified candidates are encouraged to submit their resume for confidential consideration.
