Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.A virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to support elementary students through teletherapy services. This contract assignment offers the chance to work with a mixed elementary caseload providing comprehensive speech-language support.Location:Virtual position serving an elementary population in Andover, MN.Schedule:Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.37.5 hours per week.Assignment Duration:End of current school year coverage: May 22 – June 4, 2026.Full coverage for the next school year's first semester: September 4 – December 23, 2026.Responsibilities:Deliver speech-language pathology services via teletherapy to a mixed elementary student population.Manage a caseload of approximately 28 students, providing individualized treatment and progress monitoring.Serve a total of 47 students through direct and indirect support.Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement effective speech and language interventions.Maintain detailed case management documentation and compliance with state licensure requirements.Qualifications:Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.Active licensure to practice in the state.Experience and proficiency in teletherapy service delivery methods.Strong caseload management skills.Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.Familiarity with best practices for elementary-age students.This role offers the convenience of virtual work combined with the impactful experience of supporting diverse elementary students' communication development.
