JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Senior Data Analysis Technician FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Job Code: 12116 Date Created: 04/18/2019 Reports To: Engineering Supervisor Date Revised: 08/17/2020 Department Name: 40 – Test Engineering Date Reviewed: 08/26/2020 Location: Wichita POSITION SUMMARY Collect, utilize and apply the principles and theories of data interpretation and mathematics to analyze and interpret statistical data. Maintain data for appropriate analytics and analysis as needed. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE Provide data analysis via collection, formatting, organizing, and evaluation. Calculate and record test results to ensure product quality. Identify trends and graphically display statistics and results. Record test results, make computations, and analyze results. Prepare reports and presentations to convey data trends and associated analysis. Coordinate with engineering, customer service, production and shipping departments to implement fulfillment of customer’s needs. Work with Management team to create a prioritized list of tasks. Follow Quality Documentation Manual procedures. Verify device counts, read and interpret project-specific instructions. Assist with daily support to the department as needed. Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE Education: Associate’s Degree preferred; however, a combination of education and experience wherein the skills and abilities to perform the responsibilities and functions have been adequately demonstrated is acceptable. Experience: 3 - 6 years of experience in the semiconductor industry preferred. Effectively and efficiently utilize Microsoft Office and other computer products and programs. Must possess the ability to: Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful reports. Perform such tasks as determination of variance and correlation techniques. Utilize effective communication skills to achieve required results. Read, analyze and interpret data sheets and operating procedures. Use time management skills to handle multiple priorities in a timely manner. Anticipate and resolve complex, non-routine problems. Possesses and applies knowledge of equipment, products, principles, practices and procedures to the complete assignments. Technical Skill Has mastered Data Analysis technician skills and easily applies knowledge to determine and develop an approach to solve problems that meet objectives. Competent with equipment, testing, and integration tasks without error.
