Join us in shaping the future of architecture and design in the Southeast!We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Senior Living team in our Raleigh office. You are passionate about design and devoted to quality. You possess the organizational skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines, a thorough knowledge of relevant codes, operations, processes and trends, a demonstrated ability to mentor and manage teams, and foster and nurture Client relationships. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the design process, working closely with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to bring visionary architectural concepts to life.A Day in the Life:Work side by side in a team environment with our Clients, Consultants, Design Leaders, Architects, Interior Designers, Urban Planners and Emerging Professionals on active production projectsPrepares strategic plans, serves as the primary contact with clientsResponsible for contract negotiations, billing, AR, performing close-out and archiving duties for ProjectsManage budgets, schedules, and programs, including team assignments, estimating fees, determining scope of work, and proposal preparationResponsible for facilitating and sealing contract documents as the Architect in Responsible Charge, coordinating and obtaining the sign-off from quality assurance and studio and | client leadership for all required tasksDevelop design assignments throughout all project phasesCoordinate architectural drawings across disciplinesSupport communication between project team, client, vendors, contractors, and consultantsPlay an integral part in overall client satisfaction, design quality and profitability of all projects undertaken that contribute to the firm's strategic prioritiesYour Strengths as a Project Manager:Technical production skills are necessary and require a demonstrated ability to effectively produce design and construction documentsProficiency in Revit is preferredUnderstanding of relevant codes such as state building codes, ANSI 117.1, BOMALEED accreditation or interest in achieving accreditation is preferredCollaborates closely with Project Architect to facilitate internal design team leadershipWhat You Bring To The Table:Registered Architect with Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited university8+ years of design experience is preferredExperience in the Senior Living market preferredA cover letter, resume and portfolio demonstrating Revit skills and rendering abilities are required.Life at LS3PTogether, we are building the skylines of the Southeast.Our values articulate our beliefs and ground us in a common culture.
